Ep. 2: New Years Resolutions Shouldn't Be Impossible

I have only a handful of new years resolutions I've ever made, and here's how I give myself tons of space to "fail" at them without feeling bad. These should be things that motivate, not things that bring shame!

This episode was recorded before I stopped using Instagram. Due to some policy changes that go directly against my beliefs, such as removing protections for LGBTQI+ people, diversity projects, and Mark Zuckerberg's claim that there's not enough "masculine energy" in the workspace, I no longer use any Meta apps, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.
